1. Plaintiff, Black Crow (“Crow”), is a resident of Central Park, State of New York. Until recently, Crow resided with his family, a tree upon the eastern side of Central Park near Park Avenue. Crow’s home disappeared as a result of the acts of defendant, Silly Jack (“Jack”), a street magician.
  2.

  3. Crow has since undertaken efforts to restore his former residence. He has posted flyers on various magic boxes throughout the park, inquiring whether anyone has seen his tree or can bring it back. Family members, friends, and acquaintances have engaged in Crow’s mission to reclaim his residency.
  4.

  5. Defendant refuses to return the tree. As a direct result, Plaintiff suffers emotional distress, disorientation, and a disruption in daily activities, such as perching, cracking seeds, and nesting.
  6.

  7. On the morning of August 21st, 2025, Crow organized a peaceful but well-attended protest. Alongside Crow, his family, and other bird species, were squirrels that also resided in the tree. Squirrel Spokesman Fluffy stated: “Any form of life should be protected against this kind of magic.” His fellows held signs that read: “Trick or Trees?”
  8.

  9. Although the protest caught the attention of both Birdcam and mainstream media, Jack remains elusive.
  10.

  11. Therefore, Plaintiff has no choice but to fight back with concrete evidence recorded by the shared Ring Doorbell, property of Crow and Fluffy.
  12.

  13. Defendant performed all acts described herein with knowledge of the consequences. Plaintiff states it is outrageous and hurtful to take someone’s home and think of this as entertainment, or worse, irrelevant.
